We understand the people have very busy lives, with families, work and travel being just some reasons why we don't put our health and recovery first.

We also know that injuries cost us our mobility and freedom and getting to appointments can be difficult.

We have devised the perfect solution - Hybrid Care.

This option blends a 2hours in-person session, once per month, to get all the information and detail we need to get your going on your rehabilitation plan.

We have plenty of time to assess, treat and then work through your exercises thoroughly to give you the best chance to succeed. This is followed by up to 2 further video based sessions to catch up and iron out any concerns or questions between sessions.

The bigger bonus is that there is direct WhatsApp access to your clinician to get video feedback on your rehab and exercises as well as get any quick queries sorted.

This is fast becoming our favoured model by our clients and we only have limited spaces.

If you are interested, book in your two hour intensive session via the booking page or click here to find out more.
