Career
I graduated from the University of Gloucestershire with a first class honours degree in Sports Therapy in 2014. I became the first winner from the university to achieve the Travelling Scholar Award from the Society of Sports Therapists.
Between 2014 and 2022, I worked with many athletes ranging from local league football through to professional level rugby with Hartpury RFC. Between 2018 and 2022, I was the Rehabilitation Lead and Senior Academy Therapist working with the long term injuries at Hartpury Academy.
In October 2022, I started a new part time job with Connect Health and NHS, as a Senior Clinician and Team Leader, expanding my skillset further and allowing for more time on my own injury clinic.
I've also had the privilege to work with regional and international programes including England South West division and Wales u18s Women's at the u18s Six Nations Festival in 2022.

In 2024, I won the prestigious Leader of the Year award with Connect Health following my integration into the Service and work with my colleagues.
