Lower Back Pain

What We Typically See.
Does This Sound Like You?

You were bending forwards to pick up the dog toy from near the kitchen sink or placing your gardening tools back in the shed, and from nowhere, there was a "Pop" and an electric shock fizzing down your leg. There was an instant feeling of dread and uncertainty what to do next.

Or perhaps you were squatting or deadlifting in the gym, and your back 'just went'.

Since then, you've been stiff as a board with nagging, dull, throbbing pain radiating across the back, and sharp pains stabbing towards the glute or even the back of the thigh.

You may also have a really old back problem that has never been diagnosed and keeps flaring up with work OR you've had a scan on your back before and have never been advised or guided what you should do going forwards.

Day to day, when your back is flared up, you try moving freely, get up from bed or sit down to the toilet, your back jolts you with pain and sets you back again. You've had a Google and there's just so much information which is only increasing your worry if you've done something significant.

Research suggests that Lower Back pain should resolve within 3 months, but you simply don't have that time to just wait and see what happens.

Lower back pain is rarely an urgent matter and comes in all styles and variations. It can be diagnosed quickly with a variety of testing and questioning.
